- Cut the colored side of the vinyl.
- Cut the design in reverse (mirror).
- Make sure to mirror or flip the artwork before sending it to your cutter.
- Press the vinyl with the matte side facing up.
- We highly recommend performing a test before proceeding with full production.
- Sheets are approximately 12"x19.75"
- Recommended Settings:
- Thickness/Force: 30 – 33
- Two passes
- Blade Setting: 6 – 8
- Heat Press Temperature: 280°F – 300°F
- Pressure: Medium
- Pressing Time: 8 – 10 seconds
- Peeling Method: Cold peel only
- We used a silhouette with a glitter setting. Our settings- force of 33 -Speed of 3 -2 passes -blade depth of 8.
